Why is Armando's on-site visit crucial? Every garden is a unique ecosystem with varying soil conditions, weed density, slopes, and watering requirements. While photos and videos provide a great baseline reference, Armando's personal inspection ensures zero overlooked details.
Why is it complex to provide a 100% firm quote strictly via video? Through a camera lens, root toughness, hidden undergrowth height, or perimeter obstacles cannot always be fully measured. (Nota: A veces los detalles ocultos del terreno solo se aprecian en persona).
⚠️Estimation Policy: Media-based assessments serve as an initial reference quote with an approximate ±30% margin of difference. Armando provides your definitive exact rate during the on-site walkthrough.
Please upload 1 continuous video (up to 3 min) showing the entire yard or project area, plus up to 5 photos of specific details.
